STEPS FOR INQUIRING ABOUT A BOOKING

To inquire about booking a program, please do the following:

  1. Select one or more of the programs you are interested in from the Gen Z Programs page.
  2. Read the Terms and Conditions.
  3. Read the Important Information below.
  4. Check with your Accounts Payable or Finance Office to ensure your institution/organization can set up the program and payment in the following manners:
    1. Virtual Programs: No vendor paperwork, W-9s, or contracts will be submitted and/or signed by Corey Seemiller. An invoice will be used for program scheduling and confirmation. A secure link will be provided for a credit card payment.
    2. Onsite Programs: All onsite programs require a signed contract. Payment may be made by check, ACH, or credit card.
  5. Email Corey Seemiller at corey.seemiller@juno.com with the Inquiry Email Information listed below.
  6. You will receive confirmation of your inquiry and information about the availability of your requested date and time. You may also schedule an informational meeting to discuss options.

Important Information

Virtual Programs

  • No vendor paperwork, W-9s, or contracts will be submitted and/or signed by Corey Seemiller for virtual programs. An invoice will be used for program scheduling and confirmation.
  • Payment must be made on or before the date of the program.
  • Any pre-payment must be made in the same calendar year of the program.
  • All programs paid for by credit card will incur a 3.5% credit card processing fee.

Onsite Programs

  • Onsite programs require a signed contract.
  • Payment must be made within 30 days of the program but not later than after December 31.
  • Any pre-payment must be made in the same calendar year of the program.
  • All programs paid for by credit card will incur a 3.5% credit card processing fee.

*Travel and lodging includes:

  • Round-trip refundable airfare (or two one-ways as needed if the presentation is part of a speaking circuit)
  • Lodging the night before the presentation date and the night of the presentation date (if the presenter flies out on the presentation date, only one night of lodging is needed). If the presentation is outside the United States, lodging is needed for three nights (two nights prior to the presentation date and the night of the presentation date).
  • Local transportation to and from the airport/hotel/event venue as needed by the presenter. This may include a staff member pickup and drop-off in their own vehicle or pre-arranged shuttle or taxi. In the event none of these options are available, the presenter will arrange for local transportation and provide receipts to the organization for reimbursement.
  • Any meals provided by the organization or conference as part of the general event registration or sign-ups for participants for the duration of the presenter’s stay.

*To qualify for the program rates for the 90-minute or longer programs, the presentation must be followed by the QA or workshop on the same day. In the event these are spread over two days or an additional presentation or workshop are contracted during the visit ($500 an hour), those additional presentations/workshops must occur on the same day as the original presentation. If not, there is a $1000 extension fee and one additional night of lodging for each additional day beyond the day of the initial presentation.
